How can I buy?

Buying an insurance policy is very easy - here are the few steps to follow:

Meet the Citibank consultant:

1. Remember that the Citibank consultant is your best advisor. Give us your details and our consultant will immediately contact you.
2. The consultant shall assess your current needs and resources and help you choose the right product for you.
3. The consultant will also indicate which sums you should pay for the proposed product depending on the contractual term and protection level opted for.

Please keep in mind that the Citibank specialist provides free assistance and does not force you to buy.

If you decide to buy:

4. Fill in the insurance application form with our Citibank consultant. All you have to bring is a copy of your ID paper / card. This is it! The consultant will deal with the rest, i.e. he/she shall take care that your application is examined by ING underwriters.
5. If further documents are needed in order to asses the potential risks (e.g. medical records or specific professional or hobby-related questionnaires), the consultant shall be informed by ING and he/she shall provide you with all the clarifications and support needed to ensure that the evaluation is completed as soon as it possible.
6. If all eligibility criteria are met, the insurance policy is issued and handed to you by the consultant in short time.
