"Safety" Package
Optional, along with Citi Value Card you can request a package of insurance concerning price protection, shopping protection and against fraudulent use.
The insurance company is Cardif Assurances Risques Divers SA- Paris Bucharest Branch, member of BNP Paribas Group.
Safety Package includes:
- Price Protection Insurance - if the Citi Value Card cardholder purchases a product with it, over the next 15 days found an identical product, but with a lower price (at least EUR 50), the price difference will be refunded.
- Purchase Protection Insurance - provides protection for new products purchased, using Citi Value Card, if the goods are stolen or accidentally damaged and in addition, are not protected by other insurance / guarantees of the manufacturer.
- Insurance against fraudulent card use - cover illegal debits to the insured card provided by third parties, if the card is lost or stolen.
