Citi Value Card rules of operation

* In the first 3 months from the card issued. Starting with the 4th month the percentage of the spent amount (at the 5 mentioned merchant categories) which Citibank pays back to customers is 2%. The percentages of 5% and 2% determine the gross amounts out of which Citibank will withhold the income tax of 16%. The maximum monthly gross amount which Citibank can pay back to a customer is 300 Lei.

** The amounts representing the percentages of the amounts paid with Citi Value Card at the 5 merchant categories (as defined by Visa Operating Regulation) will be credited to the client’s credit card account, according to the provisions of the card contract.
