Vodafone and Citibank launch the most rewarding cobranded card
on the market - Citi Vodafone Plus
Card offers Vodafone subscribers an appealing mix of loyalty points and discounts at merchants.
Bucharest, October 25, 2011 - Vodafone Romania adds new benefits to its loyalty program for subscribers and launches, in partnership with Citibank Romania, one of the most rewarding cobranded cards on the market - Citi Vodafone Plus.
Vodafone customers are now able to accumulate loyalty points each time they use the card, when purchasing any Vodafone accessory, and when using Vodafone services including mobile voice, fixed voice and mobile data services.
Additionally, customers enrolled in the loyalty program have now several ways for redeeming these loyalty points on products including handsets, accessories, mobile Internet, on-net/off-net/ international minutes, favourite numbers and SMSs.

The Citi Vodafone Plus credit card provides a wide range of benefits to Vodafone customers: 500 loyalty points for free, when they perform the first transaction with the card and 8 loyalty points for each 10 Lei spent with the card on day-to-day purchases in all supermarkets and hypermarkets, gas stations, restaurants and bars, clothing and shoes stores, cinemas as well as for any purchase at Vodafone.
Cardholders also benefit from automated payment of their Vodafone bill directly from the credit card, from special discounts at over 1,200 merchants nationwide within the Citi Partner network (hotels, restaurants, stores, tourism agencies etc) such as Domo, Otter, Geox, Mango, Sony Center, Oxette, Swatch, Cellini etc, as well as from free access - for the cardholder plus two extra persons - to 17 most important museums in Romania (among which Castelul Peles, Castelul Bran, Muzeul Brukenthal, Muzeul Satului, Muzeul National de Istorie a Romaniei, Muzeul National de Arta al Romaniei).
Additional benefits of the Citi Vodafone Plus card include: 24/7 transactions and assistance at CitiPhone, Citibank Online and Citi Mobile, contactless payments (the client is no longer required to take the card out of the wallet).
